My EV Charger is a multi-brand EV charger listing platform at myevcharger.in. It is owned and managed by All India EV, New Delhi, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), All India EV is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on this website.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean All India EV operating My EV Charger. "You" means anyone who visits the website or uses its forms.
We only collect what you give us in a form, plus basic technical data that every website receives.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as identity numbers or health details, in the message boxes.
Our enquiry forms ask you to tick a box agreeing that My EV Charger can share your details with the brand you chose so they can contact you. We rely on that consent to share your enquiry. For purchases, we process your details to complete the order you asked for.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent stops future use and sharing, but it does not undo an enquiry that has already been passed to a brand. To stop that brand contacting you, tell them directly as well, or ask us and we will pass on your request.
We keep enquiry and contact form details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

To use any of these rights, email business@myevcharger.in from the email or phone number you used, or tell us which number you used. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.
The website uses HTTPS, form submissions are sent over encrypted connections, and only people who need your details to answer your enquiry can see them. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
My EV Charger is meant for adults buying or selling EV chargers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
Our pages link to brand websites, Razorpay and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
