No. Enquiries are free and there is no obligation to buy. There is no payment for chargers on this website.
The brand you chose in the form. Most brands call within one or two working days. If nobody has called after three working days, write to us and we will follow up.
No. Your enquiry goes only to the brand you selected. To compare quotes, send a separate enquiry to each brand you are interested in.
We show specs exactly as each brand publishes them. When a brand has not published a figure, we say so rather than guess. Ask the brand for the datasheet when they call.
For homes, housing societies and offices, an AC charger of 7.4 to 22 kW usually fits. For highways, fuel stations and fleets, look at DC fast chargers of 60 kW and above. For electric scooters, e-rickshaws and e-autos, look at LEVDC chargers. You can also contact us for help.
Some public charging sites may qualify for support under government schemes, but subsidies are not guaranteed and depend on the location, the implementing agency and the charger. Read our PM E-DRIVE guide and check eligibility before you buy.

Enquiries for your products are sent to the contact you share with us when you list, with the buyer's name, phone, city, site type and the product they chose.

Refunds for the Business Kit and consultations are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy. Charger enquiries are free, so there is nothing to refund.
