My EV Charger is an online listing and comparison platform for EV chargers in India. It is owned and managed by All India EV, New Delhi. We show chargers from different brands, publish guides and directories, and pass your enquiry to the brand you choose so they can contact you.
My EV Charger is not a seller, distributor, dealer or installer of any charger listed on the website. There is no checkout for chargers. When you send an enquiry:
We are not responsible for a brand's products, quotes, installation work, after-sales service or how it handles your enquiry. Please check a brand's terms before you pay it.
Charger specifications are shown as each brand publishes them, on its website, datasheets or brochures, or as supplied to us by the brand. Where a brand has not published a figure, we show Not published rather than estimate it.
Brands change their products, and published figures can contain errors. Before you buy, confirm the exact model, ratings, certifications and price with the brand in writing. If you spot an error on our website, please tell us and we will correct it.
Our guides on prices, subsidies, business setups and regulations are general information, not legal, financial, electrical or engineering advice. Prices are estimates and schemes change. Check with the relevant authority, your electricity distribution company and a qualified professional before you invest.
Brands pay My EV Charger to list their products on our charger pages and to have a brand page. Brands with a paid listing are marked Listed on My EV Charger. Our directories of manufacturers and CMS providers also include companies that do not pay us. A listing is not a certification, test or endorsement of a product. Read How we list brands for details.
When you send an enquiry, you agree that the details you give are accurate and that My EV Charger may share them with the brand you chose, as described in our Privacy policy. Please only enquire if you are genuinely interested, and do not submit someone else's details.
The EV Charger Business Kit and paid consultations are sold by My EV Charger and paid for through Razorpay. They are information products to help you plan; they do not guarantee any business result, subsidy approval or return on investment. Refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.

The website's design, text, directories and guides belong to All India EV unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit to My EV Charger. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are shown to identify their products.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, All India EV is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, from relying on information on it, or from any dealing between you and a brand. For a paid product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights as a consumer.
